Forged steel balls have advantages in surface, impact resistance, toughness, low fracture rate, and low roundness loss rate. We use the most advanced forging methods and equipment to press steel raw materials, thereby obtaining forgings with certain mechanical properties, shapes, and sizes.

By forging, it is possible to eliminate porosity defects in castings and optimize the microstructure. Meanwhile, due to the preservation of intact metal flow lines, the mechanical properties of forgings are superior to castings of the same material. Choosing the most wear-resistant metal material is crucial for producing forged steel balls.

We compared cast steel balls and forged steel balls. The results showed that the wear of the steel balls was reduced, there was no loss of roundness or breakage, and the amount of steel balls used to grind one ton of ore was reduced by 20% to 30%.


